He is survived by: his wife Violet Mendenhall; his sons, Paul Mendenhall (Erin) of Hartford and Johnny Mendenhall (Michelle) of Hartford; his grandchildren, Brandy Cumby, Amanda Frazee, Winter Shores and Holland Myers; Lafay Hatley of Alma, Arkansas.. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
