He was predeceased by : his parents, Gene Neal and Letha Neal; his stepmother Mary Neal; his sister Sue; his brothers-in-law, Bob Moore and Jim Raney (Mavis Neal); and his granddaughter April Stephens Bryant.
He is survived by : his siblings, Peggy of Cedaredge, Toni (Dave Posey) of Midland, AR, Patty Neal of Hackett, AR and Gene Paul of Hackett, AR; and his children, Franklin (JoAnn Neal) of Deer Park, TX, Craig Neal of Flippin, AR, Keith Neal of Midway, AR and Laurie (Steve Bunting) of Waldron, AR. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and numerous great/great-great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
