She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Janie Ritchie Hignite (Ritchie); her siblings, Charlie Hignite, Bessie Langdon (Hignite) and Floyd Hignite; and her close friend Harold "Corky" Allen.
She is survived by: her uncle Hairm Ritchie.
