She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiathia Blaylock and Pearl Mooney-Blaylock; her husband Jack Wayne Evans; and her sons, Terry Wayne Evans (Elaine) and Brian Lee Evans.
She is survived by: her son R. Keith Evans (Eddie Mitchell); her daughter-in-law Becky Evans; her sisters, Eurena Holland and Medeline Morris; and her granddaughters, Amy Glimpse (Christopher) and Cassandra Evans (Nelson). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jackson Cemetery.
