She was predeceased by: her father John Michael Johnson; her grandparents, Charles, Helen Johnson, Arthur and Wanda Owens; and her cousin Kyle Perry.
She is survived by: her mother Tammy Lynn Owen Johnson of Hartman; her husband Hayden Salazar of Conway, Arkansas; her stepparents, Chance Blasingame of Ozark, Arkansas and Suzie Johnson of Ozark; her sons, Landon Salazar of Altus and Xander Salazar of Coal Hill, Arkansas; and her siblings, Michelle Johnson of Hartman, Justin Owens of Clarksville, Jeremiah Johnson of Hartman, Cody Pitts of Hartman, Richard Johnson of Ozark and Blake Johnson of Ozark.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Shaffer Funeral Home for Mikala's services.
