She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen Seabolt and Rosalee Jones Seabolt. She is survived by: her children, Bryan Dale Smith and Casey LeeAnn Smith; and her grandchildren, Kaylee Philliphs, Katilyn Thomptons, Kyann Smith, Bryson Smith, Cheyanne Rollo and Sierra Rollo. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
