He is survived by: his wife Eva; his daughter Leigh Ann Baldwin (Bo) of Hartman; his grandchildren, Taylor Baldwin, Hunter Baldwin (Katelynn), Christopher Mascho, Chance Spurgin and Jackie Spurgin; his brother Henry Spurgin of Downey; and his nephew Alan Massey (Cindi) of Palestine. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
