He is survived by: his wife Telitha Bair; his children, Randy Bair, Rebecca, Jeffery Treadwell, Kyle and Angela Bair; and his brother Billy Joe Seton. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
