He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith Ballard; his sister Lisa Sterling (David); his children, Reagan and Reid Sterling; his sister-in-law Debbie Wheeler (Kim); his nephews, Randy Wheeler (Sadie), Keith Wheeler (Bethany) and Jared Wheeler (Jessica); and his niece Rhonda Groves (Roger). He is also survived by great nieces and great nephews, extended relatives and many dear friends.
