He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lavea and Murill Dye Johnston; and his brothers, Edward R. Kramer and James D. Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Johnston; his children, Morgan (Mark Fincher), Johnathan (Brooke Johnston), Crystal (Shawn Goodwin) and Ashley Mackay; his sister Tootie Reid; and his grandchildren, Sam Johnston, Dakota Millard, Zoe Watkins, Khloe Watkins, Kynlee Millard Madason Walkins and Khalil Phillips.
