He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Louise Riddle Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Christene Perkins of Amity, Arkansas.; his children, Kim Moran (Brad), Clark Perkins and Stuart Perkins (Alyson); his grandchildren, Hayden Moran, Lawson Perkins, Walker Perkins and Elliott Perkins; and his siblings, David Perkins (Becky), Phillip Perkins, Gayla Lopez (Carlos) and Marty Perkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westbrook Funeral Home (183 N Livermore St, Hazen, AR 72064). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Methodist Church (315 E 3rd St, Carlisle, AR 72024).
