He is survived by: his wife Sandra Graham Todd; his children, Cleo Louis Todd and Christy Juanita Todd; and his sisters, Irene Campbell of Florida, Opal Flippo of DeValls Bluff, AR, Mary Vanhouten (JW Vanhouten) of DeValls Bluff, AR, Christine Price (Doug) of Hazen, AR, Connie Starling (Keith) of DeValls Bluff, AR and Vivian Seidenschwartz of Ulm, AR. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
