He is survived by: his wife Lenora Murray (Norem); his sisters, Barbara Conklen (Richard) of Delmar and Pamela Murray of Downers Grove; his children, Deanna Elmendorf (Steven) of Moore and Larry Murray (Cassandra) of Catonsville; and his grandchildren, Chrstopher Elmendorf, Kimberly Delaney (Alex), Colin Murray, Lindsay Murray and Declan Murray.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Zion Lutheran Memorial Fund or Baptist Health Hospice.
