He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl D Raper and Ruth Addison Raper (Addison) of Hazen; his sister Von Nelson of Moro; his nephew Mark Vaughn of Dallas, TX; and his great grandchild Sawyer Bisswanger of Stuttgart.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Raper of Almyra; his sons, Kevin Raper (Heather) of Hot Springs and Shannon Raper of Hazen; his siblings, Russell Raper (Darlene) of Hazen, Tim Raper (Lisa) of Stuttgart and Charlene Boddie (Earl) of Dallas, TX; his stepchildren, Crissy Buffkin (Glenn) and Cody Vickers (Amanda); his close friend Shelly Parson; his grandchildren, Mark, Krista, Hunter, Matt, Emma, Abby, Peyton, Savannah, Jax, Gunner and Eldon; and his great grandchildren, Kris and Jameson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Assembly of God Church (1520 S Grandview Dr, DeWitt, AR 72042). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Will Immediately Follow the Funeral Service at the Center Point Cemetery (2997 Center Point Rd, Hazen, AR 72064).
