He is survived by: his sons, Dustin Keith Fort, Alexander Hiram Douglas Fort and Jacob Allen Fort; his stepdaughter Brittney Shree Bradshaw Castleberry; his grandchildren, Ezra Alexander Fort, Keagan Tracey Lee Ward, Hunter Brooks, Carleigh Raylynn Fisher and Ensley Kay Bradshaw; his mother Betty Sue Harper Grabnik; and his sisters, Clara Sue Fort Kasiah and Karen June Fort Wiggins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
