It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Randall Mills of Hazen, Arkansas, who passed away on November 26, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joe Virgil and Lottie Mills (Adams) of Hazen, AR; his sisters, Deanna June of Hazen, Brenda Jane of Hazen and Shelia Ruth Mills of Hazen; his children, Jennie Cole and Joe Ryan Mills (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Carlee of Hazen and Laycee Mills of Hazen. He was also cherished by other family members, friends, and brothers and sisters.
