She was predeceased by: her parents, George Graham Speed and Louise Richards Speed; her husband John Cupit; her brother Robert; her sister-in-law Connie Speed; her nephew Adam Speed; and her brother-in-law Willis Perritt.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Avery, Jay Cupit (Valarie) of Heber Springs and Laura Lyras (Niko) of Aegina, Greece.; her grandchildren, Tori Greene (Jason), Laramie Finney (Rocky) and Grayson Cupit (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Mason Greene, Colby Greene and Rocky Finney; and her great great grandchildren, Laykin Finney, Olivia Finney and Ella Finney.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Renew Church (1099 W Pine St, Heber Springs, AR 72543). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Renew Church of Heber Springs (1099 W Pine St, Heber Springs, AR 72543).
