She was predeceased by: her parents, John Golightly and Fern Golightly; and her sons, John Fowler and Scott Fowler. She is survived by: her husband Forrest Jack Fowler; her children, Steve Fowler and Cynthia Bader (Jay); her grandchildren, William Peter (Kate), Stephanie O'Callaghan (Dave), John Dean Fowler and Shauna Fowler; and her great grandchildren, Trevor Fowler and John Forrest Peter.
