She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Norton and Thelma Norton (Cannon); her husband Gwynne Golden, Sr.; and her sister Carol Althen. She is survived by: her daughters, Lacinda Dean and Delana Lee (Gary); her grandchildren, Landyn Richardson, Laynee Richardson, Payton Hoover, Savannah Hoover and Bentley Hoover; her siblings, Myram Norton (Gaylon Sandefur), Leamon Norton (Debbie), Dennis Norton, Benny Norton and Doy Norton (Linda); her brother-in-law Wade Althen (Terry Drake); her friend Bengie; and her pet Tissy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Concord Community Center (10424 Heber Springs Rd N, Concord, AR 72523).
