We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2025, at the age of 84, Dorthy Ann Francis of Heber Springs, Arkansas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Dorthy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Dorthy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Francis; her sister Beverly Kubiak; her daughters, Lisa Kim Hill and Leslie Nelson; and her parents, Dorthy Meeks and Chester Meeks.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith, William Nelson Jr. and Jennifer Nelson. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
