He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Martin and Cora Parish Martin; his wife Mabel Martin (Blake); and his siblings, Syble Forbus Burford, Barbara Bailey, Linda Thomas, Erma Houston and James Martin.
He is survived by: his brother Alvin Martin (Trina); his daughters, DaNita Haile (Ernest) of Heber Springs and Melba Clark (Obia) of Mountain View; his grandchildren, Travis Haile (Vicki) of Greenbrier, Tracy Fall (Franklin) of Heber Springs and Terrie Avey (Devin) of Timbo; his great grandchildren, Reese, Merritt Haile, Harper, Hudson Fall, Dakota Meeker, Karter, Zayleigh and Liam Avey; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Devin and Dawson Clark.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Edward's honor to the Southridge Village Rehabilitation Center Bingo Fund in Heber Springs, Arkansas.
