Though Elizabeth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Smith and Ruby Pauline Hanley Smith; and her brother Johnny Smith. She is survived by: her husband Gary Southard; her children, Richard Owens (Kimberly) of Jonesboro, Michael Owens (Laura) of Red Bank, Tennessee and Stephanie Bradley of Nordheim, Texas; and her brothers, Robert, Allen and Fred Smith. She is also survived by two grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
