He was predeceased by: his parents, Audie Howard Sr. and Pearl Goins Howard; and his siblings, Eugene Howard, Eldon Howard, Willard Howard and Maxine Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Howard of Heber Springs; his son Stephen Loyd of Heber Springs; his stepchildren, Scottie Jo Tooley (Beverly) of Newport, Russell Tooley (Diane) of Cave Springs, Arkansas and Patricia Harvey (David) of Chilithe, Missouri; and his siblings, Billy Wayne Howard of Strawberry, Arkansas and Irene Henry of North Carolina. He is also survived by many extended family members and wonderful friends.
