He is survived by: his wife Fran Graybill Robbins; his children, John Robbins (Christi), Joseph Robbins of Heber Springs, Jessica Dawn Robbins of Rose Bud and Jennifer Baker (Russell) of Kingsbury, Texas; and his siblings, Allen Robbins (Patsy) of New Albany, Rick Robbins (Lisa) of Yarbro, Arkansas, Brenda Rosier of Heber Springs and Heidi Mills of New Albany, Mississippi. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and wonderful friends.
