He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Rowlett and Vestal Rowlett; his son David Rowlett; his grandson Rader Rowlett; and his siblings, Jo Nell Burroughs, Presley Rowlett, Graden Rowlett, Sue Harris, Randy Rowlett and Danny Rowlett.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Rowlett; his daughter-in-law Shawnna Rowlett; his children, Sandra McCool (Tim) and Tracey Oaks; his grandchildren, Brandy Wilken (Justin), Albrey Love (Sam), Christopher Fortner (Paige), Dustin Haile (Kayla), Preston Rowlett (Samantha), Bethany Sweeten and Emma Rowlett; and his sisters, Vicki Burnette, Debbie, Finnley and Gail Orvis. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
