It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Sidney Cotner of Heber Springs, Arkansas, born in Humphrey, Arkansas, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Murl Cotner and Bessie Cotner. He is survived by: his wife Effie Cotner; his children, Jane Houston, Sue Rockholt and Ralph Cotner Jr.; his sons-in-law, Bobby Houston and Albert Rockholt; and his siblings, Jug Smith, Evie Stovall and Addie Berryman. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, 14 great-great grand-children and many more nieces, nephews, and cousins.
