He was predeceased by: his sons, Dennis and Steve Archer; his grandson Jarred Archer; his parents, John Thomas Archer and Lula Archer; and his siblings, Flossy Marie, Rosa Lee, Elizabeth, Juanita, Joyce Ann, Claris and James Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Joy, Donnie Archer (Jeri), Kenny Archer, Tiger Archer and Thomas Archer (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Tonya Castleberg (Jori), Michael Joy (LeeAnn), James Joy (Lindsey), Alison Archer (Louis), Rachel Archer (Aaron), Sarah Archer and Trevin Archer. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and part of a large extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mountain Top Cowboy Church (45 Heber Spg Rd, Heber Springs, AR 72543). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
