She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Phillips and Betty Phillips; and her brother Tommy Phillips, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Van Cothren (Nikki) of Greers Ferry and Lendy England (Donnie) of Austin, Arkansas; her stepsons, Brian Gadberry (Misty) of Heber Springs and Jason Gadberry (Nicki) of Quitman, Arkansas; her brothers, Jack Phillips of Greers Ferry, Ronnie Phillips (Kim) of Hot Springs and Larry Phillips (Lil) of Greers Ferry; her grandchildren, Karlye Hargrove (Ben), Kirby Cothren, Meghan Freeman (Caleb), Mason Barnes (Angelina Acklin), Sarah Barnes, Jake Brown, Briggs England, Laynie England, Maghin Bolster (Colton), Gage England, Hayden Gadberry, Bethany Gadberry, Baylee Gadberry, Barrett Gadberry, Payton Gadberry and Erin Gadberry; and her great grandchildren, Brooks Hargrove, Hadley Hancock, Casen Bolster and Jacie Bolster. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

In honor of Teresa's giving spirit, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Fallen Officers of Arkansas.
