She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Dale Miller and Cordie Bell Cagle; her husband Robert Newman; her son Robert Dale Newman; and her siblings, Fred Miller, Dene Miller, Helen Kearns, Alliene Hicks and Lorene Chapman.
She is survived by : her sons, Carlos Newman, John Newman and Gerald Newman of Wilburn, Arkansas; and her siblings, Herbert Miller of Concord, Arkansas and Mina Gene Sartain of Ida, Arkansas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
