He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Hamilton and Blanch Hamilton; his sister Betty Johnston; his brother-in-law Butch Moreland; and his siblings, Carolyn Moreland and J. M. Hamilton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Hamilton, Charles Hamilton (Brooka), Keith Hamilton, Elvis Hamilton (Candi) and Susie Hamilton; and his sister-niece Sheila Proctor. He is also survived by loving extended family that includes numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
