He was predeceased by: his parents, Idellla Jones and John Wesley Bibbs. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; and his children, Lawrence Bibbs of Milwaukee, WI, Dennis Bibbs of Clearwater, FL, Patrice Rayford of Pensacola, FL, Carlette Smiley of Pensacola, FL, Carl Bibbs II of Vacaville, CA, Gregory Bibbs of Los Angeles, CA, Kia Smith of Broken Arrow, OK, Alex Jackson of Fayetteville, AR and Calvin Brady, Jr. of Fayetteville, AR. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, in-laws and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Tabor Baptist Church (1160 Holly St, Helena, AR 72342). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery - Birdeye (Cherry Valley, AR 72324).
