She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Clark and Agnes Whitfield Clark; and her husband Clifford Ray Cantwell. She is survived by : her sons, Mike Cantwell, Marty Cantwell (Judy), Bill Haynie and Jim Haynie. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
