With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Scheider of Helena, Arkansas, born in Clarksdale, Mississippi, who passed away on July 2, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Johnson and Rosie Johnson; and her husband Roy Scheider. She is survived by : her children, Gary Roy Scheider (Vicki) of Clinton, Mississippi and Rhonda Scheider St. Columbia (Joe) of Helena, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Lauren Smith (Zach), Adam Scheider (Elizabeth), Joseph St. Columbia and Amy Craft (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Eli Scheider, Lathan Craft, Sam Smith, Avery Scheider, Elaina Craft and Mary Catherine Smith.
