She is survived by: her children, Ronald Taylor, Joe Willie Hughes Jr. (Varonica), Rev. Derrick Hughes (Leslie), Terrica Arnold and Timothy (Karatha); and her siblings, Carolyn Spann (Freddie), Joan Simes, Spurgeon and Hasan.
