It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Myra Brown of Helena, Arkansas, who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Brown, Sr. (Armanda Mae Allen Brown) and Armanda Mae Allen Brown; her grandparents, Josie Jackson, Charlie Jones, Nathiel and Littie Barrow; her brothers, Willie Brown, Jr., Charlie Brown and James Lee Brown Sr.; her children, Ronnie Brown and Essie Townsend; her grandson Jacob Charles Clayton; and her great grandchild Autumn Payne-Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Regina Rena Brown of West Helena, AR, Nancy Brown and Bertha Brown of Memphis, TN.; her grandchildren, Tonya Brown-Ragsdale (Dennis) of Memphis, TN., Kedrien Brown, Elliott Belton and Dallie Brown; and her great grandchildren, Rondarious, Kamron, Jenesis, Nova, Jazariah, Jaden, Ja'Cori, Ty'Asia and Ethan.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown's Home For Funerals (417 Walnut St, Helena, AR 72342). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church-Midland Heights. A burial was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Springlake Cemetery.
