He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dixon-Lewis; his son Calvin Lewis Jr. of Dallas, Texas.; his siblings, Georgia M. Boatner of College Station, AR, Nancy L. Buie (Curlee) of College Station, AR, Doris A. Lewis and Lonnie J. Lewis of Higgins, AR; and his aunt Bennie Fuller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A graveside service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Peace Cemetery (6425 Memorial Gardens Rd, Hensley, AR 72065).
