She was predeceased by: her sisters, Beatrice Rash Stewart of Lewisville, Arkansas, Ruby Rash Riggs of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, Ann Bulla Dunn of Victoria, Texas, Geneva Bulla Seaman of Richardson, Texas and Sue Bulla Grimes of Richardson, Texas; and her great-nephew Devin Hayes.
She is survived by: her husband Wallace Foster of Hensley, Arkansas; her daughters, Suzann Foster Harrington of Redfield, Connie Foster Bowman (Woody) of Hensley, Arkansas and Shirley Stewart Hayes of Nicholasville; her grandchildren, Brad, Doug Hayes, Kristen Bowman of Hensley and Katie Bowman Shepherd (Nick) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and her great grandchildren, Blaire and Brynn Shepherd of Fayetteville, Arkansas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the East End Baptist Church (4701 E End Rd, Hensley, AR 72065). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Salem Cemetery (20209 Arch St, Little Rock, AR 72206).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Inez's memory to Salem Cemetery in East End, the Alzheimer's Association, or the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
