It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Ellen Scarberry of Hensley, Arkansas, who passed away on December 25, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Pinson and Vernon Pinson Sr.; her siblings, Mattie Copeland, Linda Price and James Pinson; and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Scarberry.
She is survived by: her husband Jesse Joe Sr.; her sons, Joe Jr. (Anja), Bobby (Louise) and Johnny Sr. Scarberry (Pam); her grandchildren, Brooke (Zack), Brittany (Terry), Brandon (Chelsie), Kevin (Kayla), Johnny Jr. (Kristal), Shelby (Brodie) and Steven; her siblings, Hazel Kelley (Billy), Lela Davidson, Beverly McCall (Eddie), Angel Overstreet (Steve) and Vernon Pinson Jr. (Twila); and her grandsons, BJ, Trent Scarberry, Terry Gore and Zack Earley. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson.
