He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nutt Rice; his son Thomas Michael Rice Sr. (Jennifer) of Hermitage, AR.; his brother Donnie Paul Rice (Shirley) of Warren, AR; his grandchildren, Matthew Thomas Rice, Megan Victoria Rouse, Thomas Michael Rice Jr. and Chyenne Jane Rice; and his great grandchildren, John William Rouse and Victoria Daniel Rouse.
