She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Brown DuVall and Lavada Violet DuVall (Gregory); her husband James Robert Fogarty; her grandson Miles Ferguson; and her brothers, Daniel and Gordon.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy (Mike), Julia Ruble (Dan) and Melanie; her sister Kathryn; her grandchildren, Tony (Michelle), Monica, Marissa, Michael Ferguson (Kristin), Jonathan Ferguson and Kiernan; and her great grandchildren, Gabriella, Eliana, Henry, Calvin, Memphis, Bentlee and Benjamin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #5225 or the American Cancer Society.
