He is survived by: his wife Keohommany Inthirath; and his children, Toui Inthirath, Nevin Inthirath, Kenny Inthirath and Tina Shipley. He is also survived by three grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home (4520 N Crossover Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72764).
