He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis C. Moten and Wanda Jean Turner Moten; and his brothers, Ernest "Ernie" Moten and Charles "Chuck" Moten. He is survived by: his son Dristin Anthony McPike; his siblings, Dennis W. "Denny" Moten, Steve Moten, Rose Ann Moten, Debbie Rosenbaum (John), Cynthia Tong and Christie Pyle; his granddaughter Emma Grace; and his close friends, Jon and Lisa Rhodes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
