It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Byers (Hope, Arkansas), who passed away on December 20, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent J. J.; his brother Daly; his sister-in-law Dorothy Byers; his siblings, Ray Byers, Jeanette (Gene Allen), Sue (Kenneth Willis) and Bill Byers of Bill's Poultry; his parents-in-law, Burl and Adell Briner; his sister Margaret; and his siblings-in-law, Phil Griffis, Randy Smith, Sue Briner and Alice Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Byers of Cross Roads; his daughter Donna (Michael Coleman) of Lincoln, Arkansas.; his siblings, Johnny (JoAnn Byers) of Midlothian, Jack (Mary Byers) of Irving and Carolyn Braswell of Garland Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Byers of Ovilla, Diane Smith of Camden and Donlad Briner of Camden.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shover Springs Cemetery or Cross Roads Volunteer Fire Department.
