He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee and Hazel Brown Lee; his grandparents, Clinton E. Lee, Bertha Lee and Blanche Brown; his sister Patty Small; and his aunt Virginia Veil.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Collins, Donna Gerald, Bobbie Brosius and Brenda Windham.
