He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hill and Marie Blackwood; and his grandparents, Arlie and Ethel Blackwood. He is survived by: his wife Nina Adams Hill; his daughters, Kellie Tate (Craig) and Karoline Graham; his grandchildren, Garth, Garrett McClure, Bailey Tate, Millie Graham and Avery Tate; his sisters, Judy Armstrong and Carolyn Prescott; and his aunt Ruby Morris. He is also survived by many loving brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
