He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Banks and Brenda Carlton Banks; his grandparents, John Henry Carlton, Pearl Clements Carlton, Harvey Banks and Pearl Havens Banks; and his niece Kayla Banks.
He is survived by: his brothers, Larry Banks of Magnolia and Tim Banks of Emmet, Arkansas. He is also survived by cousins or brothers.
