He is survived by: his wife Brenda K. O'Keefe Hart; his daughter Erin Michele Hoosier; his son-in-law Joe Hoosier; and his grandchildren, Joseph Allen Hoosier, Emily Grace Hoosier of Hope and Megan Lynn Newman of Ozan, AR..

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home (403 S Main St, Hope, AR 71801). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rosston Cemetery.
