She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Cox and Ethel Manus Cox; her husband Harry Phillips; her son Alan Phillips; and her sisters, Martha Cox, Jewel Dean Watkins Moore and Mary Martin.
She is survived by: her son Ronnie Phillips (Jeann); her granddaughter Mandy Marcum (Chad); her great grandchildren, Mazie and Violet Bright; her siblings, Nell Jones and Larry Cox (Fran); and her adoptive son Buzz Andrews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brazzel Oakcrest Chapel (1001 S Main St, Hope, AR 71801). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rosehill Cemetery.
