She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Putman (Debbie) and Lance McIntosh; her grandchildren, Chad Putman (Angie), Nason Putman (Aletha), Nicki Purifoy (Michael) and Jessi McIntosh (Chris Castle); her great grandchildren, Justin Smith (Nina), Wyatt Putman (Kara), Jessica Putman, Jake Faulkner, Ramsi Rowton (Alex), Kyler Putman, Colin Purifoy, Ava Purifoy, Raeli Putman, Emma Putman, Brooks Looney and Easton Carwile; and her great great grandchildren, Raid, Remi Rowton and John Beckett Faulkner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
