She is survived by : her children, Marvin Jezek, Mary Jezek (McCasland), Sheri, Ted and Tim Hatfield (Leslie); her grandchildren, Sterling Underwood (Maddie), Ashley Wakefield Smith (David), Savannah, Skylar Brownlow, Nolan Hatfield (Grace), Haley Hatfield Sharp (Jacob), Allison, Bethany and Conner Hatfield (Shelby); her great grandchildren, Joshua DelLacer, Danika Smith and Judah James Sharp; her siblings, Bill (Cathy), James Jezek (Kay), Travis Bailey (Rhonda) and Kathy Jezek Williams (Kenny); her siblings-in-law, Delton (Jackie), Danny Hatfield (Yvonne), Carolyn Hatfield Roberts, Annette Hatfield Garner (Ronnie) and Diane Hatfield DuPree (Ronnie); her husband Autry Lee Hatfield Sr. (Autry); her daughter Pamela Rene'Hatfield Underwood; and also Kinsley DelLacer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
